1. Booking & holds

A booking request places a temporary hold on your date for 24 hours. The reservation becomes binding once confirmed by Tulip Rest House on WhatsApp or by phone.

2. Payment

Payment is accepted in cash (OMR) or by bank transfer. A refundable security deposit is included in the quoted total and returned after your stay, subject to the house rules.

3. Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booked slot receive a full refund of amounts paid, including the deposit. Later cancellations may retain the deposit to cover preparation costs.

4. House rules

• Check-in from 09:00; latest checkout 23:00 (11:00 next day with the overnight option).
• One booking group at a time; the maximum occupancy is 60 guests.
• Quiet respect for the residential neighbourhood, especially after 22:00.
• No sub-letting, commercial parties, or activities contrary to the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
• Guests staying overnight must be registered with name and ID details as required by Omani regulations.
• Damage beyond normal wear is deducted from the security deposit.

5. Liability

Guests use the pool and all facilities at their own risk; children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Tulip Rest House is not liable for loss or damage to personal property.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
