What we collect

When you request a booking we collect the lead guest’s name, phone number, optional email, and — for guests staying overnight — name, nationality, ID type/number and date of birth. We also keep a technical record of your IP address and browser string for security and rate limiting.

Why we collect it

• To manage your reservation and hold your date.
• To comply with Omani guest-registration regulations for overnight stays.
• To respond to enquiries you send through the contact form.

What we never do

We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers or third parties. Payments are not processed on this website, so we never store card numbers.

Retention

Reservation and guest-register records are kept only as long as required by law and for accounting. Enquiry messages are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to [email protected].
